Antique 18K Gold (750/1000) and Platinum Toi et Moi Ring set with Old Cut Diamonds and a Ruby, circa 1900.
This lovely toi et moi ring in 18K rose gold and platinum is set with an old-cut diamond weighing approx. 0.60 carat and a ruby weighing approx. 0.80 carat. The ruby is of a sublime deep red color and very sparkling. The body of the ring is set with small rose-cut diamonds. Note: rubies are much more beautiful in real life than in photographs!
