Nancy, At the Widow Charlot, 1785; small in-12, 260 + 28 pp., full green morocco binding, smooth spine decorated with fleurs-de-lis, gilded edges, boards entirely and richly decorated with a decoration showing two birds on lighted torches topped with a laurel wreath and a lyre, all in several frames. The last 28 pages bear the title: Loss & gain, and remembrance. These are pages printed per month and left free to take notes. The last page has a quarter-page cutout. What could be written on this little piece of page? Very good condition.
