It is signed Mousse siffleur V. Szczeblewski on the terrace, bears the foundry stamp LV and the number 83. Vlaclav SZCZEBLEWESKY or Victor SZCZEBLEWESKI is an artist born in Poland in 1888 and died in 1965.
