Paul Renaudot (1871-1920) Impressionist, Young Girl With a Pink Scarf Very beautiful painting of great sensitivity by this artist Oil/canvas 65 x 54 cm, signed upper left and dated 1912. Paul Renaudot was born to French parents on 29 November 1871 in Rome. He was a painter of nudes, portraits, landscapes and interiors. From 1907 to 1914, he exhibited at the Salons des Indépendants and also participated in the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts. Renaudot received the Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur and his works were collected by the Musée d'Orsay and the Musée de Rouen. Gérald Schurr looks back on the artist's life and work in The Little Masters of Tomorrow's Value Painting. Paul Renaudot died in 1920 in Paris.
