Important Sideboard Entirely In Walnut From The Papal States, Mid-17th Century.

Splendid and elegant 2-door sideboard entirely in walnut wood. The piece of furniture is characterized not only by the high quality of the construction woods which retain a splendid light patina, but also by a clean and simple architectural layout which plays on molded frames with a double order of carving typical of the furniture of a certain importance produced in central Italy during the 17th century and which are repeated on the large doors, on the sides, on the narrow projecting pilasters and on the architectural modules of the underfloor and on the base perimeter.

The large piece of furniture measures approximately 185cm long, 69cm deep x 105cm high.

The state of conservation of this piece of furniture is almost perfect and does not require any restoration. Unfortunately, the door lock is missing, but during the overhaul phase, an antique lock can be adapted to it, with its period key.

We attach a historical guarantee certificate that ascertains the authenticity and age of the paintings, accompanied by photographic documentation.
