An old articulated brooch depicting a trendy bird. Work from the prestigious high jewelry house Mauboussin The wings and tail are articulated. Signed and numbered Mauboussin Paris Setting in chiseled 18K yellow gold and platinum. Plumage set with Indian-cut emeralds and rubies. The tips of the platinum wings are set with diamonds. The eyes are made of ruby shuttle cabochons. The collar is made of turquoise cabochons. The head is paved with sapphires. Circa: 1960 In very good condition
