Large carved wooden foot lamp representing a Bear standing on its hind legs, holding a tree trunk, with its small sulphide eyes and its open mouth. It is presented on a foliage base supported by four feet. Lampshade in off-white woolen fabrics. This lamp is in perfect condition with its completely revised. Presence of a few cracks in the wood, visible in the photos. Work from the Black Forest, late 19th century, early 20th century. Ideal object for decorating a chalet in the mountains.
