Oak Spiral-helical Staircase (16th)
Very rare heart-barrel of spiral-helical staircase in oak.
Handrail carved in the mass.
Origin: medieval castle in Rhineland (Germany) dating from 1550
Very good condition, very healthy, no insects
Very nice patina and remains of cracked paintings from different eras (blue, yellow, white, ocher …)
Diameter = 30 cm
The height of the steps varies between 18 and 18.5cm.
The thickness of the grooves receiving the steps is 40mm.
Composed of 2 parts, sold separatly : a) 1 element measuring 329 cm. Make 1 full turn over its length, and this over 255 cm, the rest being planned as the end of the guardrail. b) 1 element measuring 230 cm
Ideal for arranging a tower.
