Superb farm table from the very beginning of the 20th century. Made by a French cabinetmaker, it is entirely made of solid poplar. In the pure style of country furniture, its top rests on 4 square legs, connected by an h-shaped spacer. The base was painted sky blue, which contrasts perfectly with the top which remained natural, wood color, but still very light. There is no sculpture, no molding, no storage, its beauty lies essentially in its simplicity. It is in very good condition, perfectly stable and solid. Marks of time and other traces add a little more charm and authenticity. No restoration has been carried out, it has just been treated and worn with wax, in order to respect its original color. This table will be ideal for creating a small dining area with a very country feel. It can also be used as an office. Dimensions: - Height: 75 cm. - Leg passage height: 64 cm. - Length: 138 cm. - Width: 70 cm. - Weight: 24.3 kg. Delivery possible in France and around the world, please contact me beforehand to establish a personalized quote.
