"Pair Of Bergere Armchairs From The Empire Period"
A beautiful pair of Bergère armchairs in solid mahogany and mahogany veneer. Dating from the Empire period, these very elegant chairs are in excellent condition, with a beautifully woven cream fabric covering featuring a classic pattern of woven garlands, flower-filled urns and fanciful figures covering each front. The removable seat cushions are deep and extremely comfortable, and the chairs have high, square backs and beautifully rolled and reeded armrests, fully enclosed in the Bergère style, on elegant saber legs.
