Pair of 19th century ewers in gilded and patinated bronze Model attributed to Claude Galle around 1810. The ewers have tapered ovoid shapes, the handles in the shape of stylized griffin heads with satyr masks, each on a square marble base with the handle ending with a griffin's head. Height: 47 cm Good general condition A similar model was sold at Sothebys on May 9, 2018 lot 227.
