"Large Mirror In Carved And Gilded Wood Louis XVI XVIIIth Period"
Large mirror with rectangular pediment in carved and gilded wood Louis XVI XVIIIth period. Frame formed by finely carved moldings with a frieze of pearls and a frieze of water flowers decorated with foliage falls at the ends. Pediment with war attributes delicately carved with a helmet and crossed axes in the center surrounded by a leafy crown. Gold leaf gilding in very good condition (formerly re-gilded) French work from the end of the 18th century.
