Exceptional large Charles X mirror 1824-1830 Height 180cm x width 134 cm The spandrels are richly decorated with flowers. The frame is very imposing, width 20 Cm. It has a finely engraved floral decoration with alternating matte gold and shiny gold polished with an agate stone. The gilding is original, pretty patina, beautiful shine. I made a few small restorations, in the traditional way, tempera gilding. It remains minor, it is imperceptible. The glass, which is 6mm thick, is new, with no flaws on the side.
