Pillar cabinet, nightstand or small Biedermeier cabinet with sliding shutter door from southern Germany around 1820.
Cherry wood veneered on softwood.
Ebonized surrounding corner inlay.
Drawer with small wooden knob at the top.
Free compartment below with sliding shutter in solid cherry strips.
Restored and polished by hand with shellac.
