Beautiful pewter cimarre, Bar sur Aube XVIII° century.
Baluster-shaped with pedestal moldings, thumb lid decorated with acorns, one fixed handle and another mobile in a brace, with fasteners depicting human faces.
Signature below with hammer and LT for Louis Tisset, received Master around 1750 in Bar Sur Aube
, marking on the mobile handle (see photos).
Very good original condition.
Measures 10.75" tall.
