Object description :

"Empire Period Pendulum Signed Blanc Fils Palais Royal."
This literary clock from the Empire period, around 1810, represents Horace, a character from L'école des femmes by Molière, making his declaration to Agnès with the tip of his sword. The gilding with two patinas, matte and shiny, is magnificent and in very good condition. The wire movement has been revised by our watchmaker. The rear door of the movement does not close completely, which does not prevent it from working. The dial, in good condition, is signed by the prestigious Blanc Fils house, watchmaker at the Palais Royal. Delivery possible, please contact us.
