Large tourniquet for surgical amputations. the "Napoleon's hat" shape makes it an extremely rare and decorative object together with its mechanical details - The dimensions are larger than normal and I have inserted a photo to compare it to other Torniquets (available for sale). the two external faces have been cleaned to bring out their beauty, while the inside is still oxidized.
