Book bringing together many edicts on trade, traffic, taxes, rules for storing and manufacturing tobacco in Lorraine. In all ninety-two detailed judgments rendered by Leopold I. These judgments govern the frauds, smuggling and finances that this plant procures for the Duchy of Lorraine. These judgments were published between December 1703 and May 1752.
