Jacques Feinschneider is a Belgian painter and sculptor born in 1933. Training at the Brussels Academy. He exhibited at "La maison basse" in Watermael-Boitsfort, at "La sculpture de Plein Air" in Forest in 1955, at the Center d'Art d'Uccle in 1957 with Lavachery Jean, Martin-Haupert Madeleine, Pasteels Pierre-Henri.
