Small Regional Bonnetière In Cherry - Mid-19th Century

This small bonnetière from the Loire Valley, in solid cherry, has a door mounted on brass hinges and equipped with a lock with key and long original entry. This door has two asymmetrical panels, the largest of which is made up of two well-joined boards. The upper crosspiece of this opening is slightly cut and moulded. The interior offers three adjustable shelves placed on racks. The cornice, at right angles, is sober. The high and low crosspieces are embellished with a diamond flower and a fan. The uprights, with fixed cut sides, are slightly cut out and end at the front with crowbars.
