Dent on the back of the pedestal, small dents on the nose and forehead
Lucien de Valroger was the chair of Roman law and French law at the Faculty of Paris, he was decorated with the Legion of Honor in 1851. The Museum of Fine Arts in Valenciennes has an example of this portrait by Crauk in terracotta, and the Alfred Canel Museum in Pont-Audemer has another example of the bronze.
