A Louis XVI chest of drawers with a slightly projecting front, opening with five drawers in three rows, topped with Belgian granite marble. In the upper part, a band with a rich frieze of interlacing and quatrefoils decorates the three small front drawers and the sides. The two lower drawers, without crosspieces, present in the central part a decoration of a musician in front of a palace, surrounded on both sides by two compositions of wrapped fruits. The whole is inlaid with various woods, and tinted on a rosewood background. Fake grooves on the four uprights. Rings of prints, falls and gilt bronze sabots. Period 18th century.
