Height 13 cm, width with the handle 14 cm. - La Seynie Limoges PP France is a porcelain factory based in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche. In 1764, the first kaolin deposit was discovered in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche. Founded in 1774, the Seynie factory is at the origin of the so-called hard Limoges porcelain.
