Biography Gaëtano de Gennaro: Painter, sculptor and teacher, he began to study in Naples with his uncle then in Paris with Albert Besnard. A traveling painter, he lived successively in Italy, Switzerland, France, England, Ireland and Brazil. He mainly painted famous figures in pastel or oil. His works are mainly kept in public and private collections in Ireland and Brazil.
