Large Mahogany Chiffonier From The Louis Period, Stamped With Canabas

Large chest of drawers in solid mahogany from the Louis XVI period, opening with six drawers simulating eight drawers on the front, the bottoms in oak. The uprights with molded cut sides, keyholes and drooping rings in gilded brass, it rests on ringed front legs and spinning top rear legs. Stamped on the rear upright J Canabas & Jurande Josseph Gengenbach dit Canabas, received master on April 1, 1766. Very good original condition Condition report and technical photographs on request.
