Superb and rare pair of Louis XIV period benches in walnut. They rest on a turned base with balusters connected by a molded H-shaped crotch. The uprights cross the seat which is molded all around, revealing the tenons. The walnut has a superb patina and all the elegant workmanship in excellent condition and of high quality.
