Beautiful portrait of a man signed Brossard. Painting very well executed, very expressive. Mid 19th. Canvas in good condition but old restorations are to be resumed in the blacks. Not in character. The frame has the merit of existing but requires restoration. The portrait measures 60x74 without the frame. This one is very heavy and does not allow a shipment or so by specialized carrier type MBE.
