Charles I Joined Oak Armchair - Early 17th Century

Rare armchair called joined arm chair from the beginning of the 17th century Charles I period.

We see it from the same region as that one of Sothebys with a superb carved back decorated with flowers and its two uprights carved on the upper and lower part West Yorkshire region

Very beautiful armrests ending with crols

It rests on a very beautiful turned foot

Restorations of uses

A very similar sold at Sothobys. This one was a bit lader made than ours
