Object description :

"Montereau 1830 Series Of 10 Rare Scalloped Plates Light Blue Color 19th Louis XV"
This is a rare series of 10 plates whose edge is scalloped inspired by the Louis XV style, in the very particular light blue slightly gray developed by Montereau at the beginning of the 19th century, before its merger with the manufacture of Creil therefore before 1840 (circa 1820/1830).
Contains the Montereau mark in hollow in the shape of a half-moon and the Y J mint mark.
Their sobriety and the charm of their inimitable color make them compatible with an old or very current decoration.
