Long sideboard with four doors and three drawers from the brutalist movement of the 1950s in France. Entirely in solid oak of great thickness as well as the back and the row of shelves which occupies the entire length of the piece of furniture. The surfaces are worked in a particular way giving a textured appearance and feel. The top has butterfly assemblies. The door fittings as well as the locks are in hand-wrought iron and all the original keys are present. The locks have the particularity of being with an apparent mechanism as during the medieval period and are perfectly functional. This piece of furniture is in excellent condition and of beautiful manufacturing quality Dating: 1950s Dimensions: Length 262 cm Height 95 cm Depth 55 cm Significant weight of more than 150kg This piece of furniture is currently in the workshop for cleaning and re-waxing, more detailed photos will be added soon.
