"Sncf Locomotive Lantern, Gare d'Orléans, Early 20th Century"
Superb iron and copper lantern, serving as a signal at the front or rear of locomotives. It is stamped on two brass plates SNCF 4 - 11436, and Orléans (belonging station). The Fresnel lens is in perfect condition, as well as the color signal selector inside. It also has inside its copper oil tank and its wick. In impeccable condition, this lantern is very decorative and could be easily electrified. Weight: 4795 grams
