Louis XIV period stool in oak. Late 17th century. It rests on four baluster legs. These are turned and faceted. They are joined by an H spacer also turned and faceted. Old strapping and horsehair trim. New fabric laid with a studded braid by a professional upholsterer. Dimensions: W 49 x D 40 x H 45
