Beautiful oval-shaped frame from oak, monoxyle, carved and gilded, (re-gilded, given its good condition), decoration of two opposite garlands of leaves and flowers, external border of waves, internal of a cord tie.
It is a frame from Louis XIV period, 17th or 18th century
Condition: good, one glued crack, barely visible, see red arrows on our photos.
