Antique Dendritic Agate And Gold Pendant

Ancient pendant formed of a crown of ivy flowers which adorns a golden circle in the center and, held by numerous fleur-de-lysées claws, an important dendrite agate. An arabesque decoration tops the set and a bail, also decorated with ivy leaf applique, allows the pendant to be worn.

Main material: pink gold and green gold, 750 thousandths, 18 carats, eagle's head hallmark.
Total weight of the agate: approximately 9.40 carats.
Proportions: Height: approximately 4.3 cm, width: approximately 2.8 cm, thickness: approximately 5 mm.
Net weight: about 7.2g.
Antique jewel - French work from the beginning of the 20th century.
