Pair Of Napoleon III Candelabra
Important pair of gilt bronze and porcelain candelabra. Central shaft and six sconces decorated with ova, grooves, bay leaves, acanthus, vines, openwork scrolls and lanceolate leaves. Handles with ram's heads, porcelain belly, garlands of flowers. Pedestal with oves, acanthus, falling flowers, laurel frieze, lanceolate leaves, wrapped wire. Reverse cavet with acanthus and fleurons. Reserves with friezes of vine branches, concave angles, stylized feet. Louis XVI style, around 1860. Height 85 cm, width 42 cm, depth 31 cm.
