Six Restoration Period Chairs
Set of six Restoration period chairs in mahogany. The backrest is perforated with two smooth bars under a barely curved band. Front hock legs in opposite double curves, rear saber legs. Seats upholstered in silk with Empire motifs. Beautiful quality of execution, to be compared to the productions of Jeanselme in Paris. Around 1820. Seat height 46 cm, backrest 85 cm, width 46 cm, seat depth 40 cm. Small stains, firm seating, usable as is. Possible delivery.
