Gustave POETZSCH's studio, discovered a few years ago, had been hidden behind a false wall since the Second World War and was dispersed during a sale organized by Gros and Delettrez in 2017, which was a great success, from many dealers struggling to acquire his works in pastel hues and in the Belle Epoque compositions so appreciated.
During this sale, several paintings sold for between 10,000 and 20,000 euros.

The painting we offer here comes from the sale of his studio ; quality works by Gustave POETZSCH available on the market are now rare.
