Superb and rare double seal ring. On the chaton a seal decorated with a crowned heraldic lion with the Latin motto of Virgil SIC UTUR AD ASTRA. On the sides, SIGILLUM Pis DE PAUVEAU. A fleur-de-lis as decoration. Below, a second seal. A lion's paw holds a star in its claws. Two goldsmith's hallmarks to be identified. Solid silver 925/1000 tested with a touchstone. 20mm diameter ring SIZE 63
