Superb miniature portrait hand painted in gouache on ivory. This portrait represents Marie Antoinette, Queen of France. It is of very high pictorial quality, with striking details, the Queen wears a pearl necklace, her eyes are of a luminous blue. She wears a feather hat. This miniature is presented to you in its found condition. The thin ivory plate has split over time. Blackened wood and brass frame. Period late 18th century, early 19th century. Specimen in worked ivory, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore in accordance with EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-Wmc Delivery 14 euros in France, 25 euros in the EU and 50 euros rest of the world.
