Earthenware Plate Decorated With 18th Century French Coats Of Arms.

Plate with contoured edge in earthenware from Rouen (or Lille?) decorated in blue shades (very fired) in the center of coats of arms in a shield under a crown of Count, surrounded by foliage scrolls and a mascaron. The wing is highlighted with a braid.
Eighteenth century.
Diameter: 25cm.

*This is believed to be the coat of arms of the CHAZEY (also known as CHAZE) family of LA CROIX (Anjou, Brittany), information kindly provided by Mr. Francis Sanchez.
