PIERRE FORSSELL (1925-2004) Pierre Forssell was an acclaimed industrial designer who designed cutlery and cookware, before joining the prominent brass foundry Skultuna as creative director in the early 1950s.
Forssell was responsible for renewing Skultuna's product line and has created several successful series of modernist home decor items.
He was also granted great artistic freedom and in this context he created limited editions of innovative objects, such as table lamps made entirely of brass.
Two beautiful brass wall candlesticks by Pierre Forssell for Skultuna, Sweden. Designed by Pierre Forssell and made in the 1960s. Both candlesticks are signed.
