Oil painting on wood panel, oak, from the early 19th century. Dutch or Flemish school of very good quality evoking an evening or dawn landscape characteristic of the northern school with its slightly nebulous luminous side of the most beautiful effect. Original carved and patinated wooden frame. Dimensions to the frame 61 by 51 cm. Note the excellent original condition of both the painting and the frame and the rare pictorial quality of the painting worthy of a small museum.
