Bronze Anthropomorphic Whip Pommel XIX Cane Horses Ref446

Anthropomorphic whip pommel in bronze with brown patina, it represents a character's head with monocle.
It dates from the end of the 19th century and was mounted on a presentation base in black Bakelite, the small ring at the base of the neck is in 18k gold (tested with a touchstone).
