Two Chinese Plates, 19th Century

It looks like porcelain but it is indeed glazed ceramic whose bluish white slip recalls the great Chinese productions of ancient porcelain. On each of our plates, a floral decoration with a blue line adorns the background while the marli is nicely painted with a frieze of geometric patterns. Both plates are in very good condition.
