The cherub in brown patinated bronze medallion with nuanced reflections surmounts the terminal by leaning on its bust and raising itself on a stack of books, holding in its hands the Patriotic rooster perched on a pedestal surmounting the terminal. The base is decorated with an entourage of laurel leaves resting on a plinth against interlacing an antique frieze with post decorations. Carrara marble base resting on top feet.
