Lucien Victor Delpy (1898-1967) studied painting at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris with Fernand Cormon, Jean-Pierre Laurens and Charles Fouqueray, then discovered Brittany and became a marine painter in 1931 Born in Paris, he died in Lorient.
