Superb chest of drawers in mahogany and gilded bronzes with Sevres porcelain plates on the front and on the sides representing Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI. This chest of drawers made in the Faubourg Saint Antoine is inspired by the model of the Fontainebleau chest of drawers made by the famous cabinetmakers Benneman and Stockel for the royal family. It opens with two doors and three drawers on the front with 6 internal drawers. Alep breccia marble top and rich gilded bronzes. The porcelains are signed Polyet. The commode measures 1m75 wide by 96cm high and 66cm deep
