Necklace made up of a cable or tubogas chain with a bayonet-type clasp, and a pendant: a gold-mounted hardstone beetle, certainly Lapis lazuli. Hallmark 750 and goldsmith on the clasp (TA or JA, to be deciphered) the setting of the pendant does not have a hallmark, gold tested, 18 K. Beautifully made and in good condition, on the back the base of the scarab has been cut at the top. Chain: length 51.7 cm, thickness 1 mm, weight: 9.1 g. Pendant: height with the bail 4 cm, scarab 2.9 x 1.8 cm, weight 13 g. Total weight: 22.1g.
