Important pair of carved walnut armchairs on the theme of the sea. The openwork pediment is carved with tritons and aquatic deities in cut leather frames. Abundant decoration of reeds and foliage. Armrests with cuffs, busts of sculpted dolphins. Legs and armrest supports decorated with mermaids. Velvet upholstery with floral decoration (good used condition). Around 1880.
