Painter of genre scenes. Gustav Seyfferth was, from 1868, a pupil of the Academy of Fine Arts in Weimar. He worked in Rome between 1875 and 1876. His works “Römisches Papstfest”, “Herbst”, “Siesta am Meer”, “Wandernde Zigeuner im Schnee” and “Studienkopf” are in the Landesbildergallerie in Graz. Period: Born in Schliez in the 19th century Austrian School
